Countryside Summer Wedding at the Brenton Arboretum

I’ve been in this situation before - only last time it wasn’t Coronavirus causing the postponement, it was Frank’s dad. He passed away shortly before Ana and Frank were originally planning to get married. Their family ended up gathering for a funeral celebration instead of a marriage celebration.

Ana immediately reached out to me to see what we could do. Without hesitation, I told her to pick an alternative date and I would show up and photograph her wedding on whatever future date she picked (as long as I was available, which was easy at that time since I wasn’t shooting too many weddings). So she went from being a fall bride (evident in her orange and purple wedding colors) to a spring bride.

Their day was still so perfect and honored Frank’s father in very sweet way. It was emotional and happy (and also very, very, extremely hot and humid, which thankfully you can’t exactly tell from the photos).
