TELL YOUR LOVE STORY
WHAT IS IT? A 8-15 minute documentary interview style legacy video where I ask you questions about how you met, your first date, your favorite date, the proposal, etc.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? Most couples don't have this part of their story documented. It's the start to your own family legacy and a part of your story that you'll be telling for ages.
WHEN WOULD I WATCH THIS? My couples love watching this from time to time as they are wedding planning. It gets stressful at times so this video helps bring them back to the meaning of it all. And it usually brings out a few laughs, too! Another thing is that they share this video with their family/friends and other vendors they hire, who always want to know how they met and the proposal story. It's also a wonderful video to put on a big screen for guests to watch during a bridal shower or wedding day cocktail hour!
HOW DOES IT WORK? I film the interview portion at the very beginning of the engagement session. I send you the questions ahead of time so you can gather your thoughts and think about how you want to answer. My couples find that it really helps them relax and get comfortable before the photo session. It typically takes up the first 15-20 minutes. I guide the conversation so you don’ have to memorize anything and it’s not live so you don’t have to worry about fumbling over any words. After that we do the photo session, where I also film some highlight clips.
