Traditional wedding at Botanica, Wichita, Kansas

You wouldn’t know this from looking at the photos but Monica and Paul actually live in New Orleans, Louisiana. They had found me online while they were planning their Wichita wedding, where many of their other family members live.

The couple got married at Wichita’s botanical gardens a couple hours before sunset. For people who weren’t able to travel or couldn’t make it to the wedding, the designated Monica’s personal attendant to record the ceremony on Facebook Live so friends/family could tune in, watch the ceremony as it was happening and then congratulate the newlyweds after.
