Heartland of America Park Fall Engagement Session

Downtown Omaha engagement photos are always a fun challenge. I’ve photographed people there quite a bit so it’s fun to get creative and find a way to shoot it differently. That area is so versatile with textures and backdrops that change with every season and I love it. There is such a variety of vibes you can get from shooting downtown that most people don’t think about unless they’re a professional photographer (a big bonus for hiring a pro over a friend).

For this shoot we dabbled in a few places – Heartland of America Park downtown, Memorial Park and a park near Caelan and Chris’ house in West Omaha.
